July 24. The OGK-3 BoD has terminated the powers of the genco's board member and CEO, Sergei Tazin, OGK-3 said in a report. Tazin should leave OGK-3 in late July and will work as head of the Russia business unit at German E.ON. Additionally, the OGK-3 BoD has introduced Alexandra Panina, the genco's director of electric and thermal energy sales, onto the board. Earlier, Panina worked at UES as assistant manager of Business Unit No. 1. She is a member of OGK-3 BoD.
