July 22. Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) has wrapped up the buyout procedure in Dolomit, Stagdok and Altai-Koks. As a result, NLMK became full owner of the above companies. As earlier reported, pursuant to the current legislation, On May 23, NLMK filed a buyout request to Dolomit, Stagdok and Altai-Koks minority shareholders. As a result, NLMK purchased 2.0205% of Dolomit charter capital at RUB 913.26 per share. In total, NLMK paid RUB 22.83 mn to the former owners of the company. NLMK also acquired 2.5659% of Stagdok charter capital at RUB 3,981.56 per share or RUB 28.13 mn for the whole package. For the 1.5646% stake in Altai-Koks charter capital, NLMK paid RUB 234.07 mn or RUB 15.14 per share. Therefore, NLMK paid a total of RUB 285.05 mn for the acquired share packages. According to the company's announcement, NLMK has bought out the above share packages in order to boost efficiency of subsidiary companies' governance.
