July 23. Acron's price range within the SPO amounts to USD 12-15 per GDR and USD 120-150 per share. In line with the company's announcement, the shares and GDRs, which stand for up to 10% in Acron's share capital, are being offered to Dorogobuzh (an Acron subsidiary) and some other structures controlled by Acron's main beneficiary. Nine GDRs equal one Acron share. As was reported, Acron plans to float up to 4% of the Dorogobuzh package within its SPO on the London Stock Exchange (Acron owns a total of 8.54% in Dorogobuzh), while the remaining 6% of floated securities will include shares owned by the company's main shareholder, Vyacheslav Kantor. Kantor controls a total of 71% of Acron shares. Acron plans to allocate the funds received from placement of shares owned by Dorogobuzh into the modernization of current production capacities. The Federal Financial Markets Service has authorized 29% of the company's charter capital for circulation abroad.
