RTS will cut the number of AvtoVAZ common and preferred shares today on news of securities cancellation in the course of the company's reorganization, the stock exchange said in a press release. The number of commons was 3.19 bn before cancellation and afterwards it will decrease to 1.38 bn. The number of prefs was 493.03 mn before the cancellation and afterwards 461.76 mn. The par value of all shares is RUB 5.
