May 16. Last year Gazprom assigned to Factoring-Finance, a subsidiary of Gazprominvestholding, the right to claim receivables from Mezhregiongas for RUB 14.8 bn for gas supplied in 2002-2004. As the gas monopoly said in a statement, net debt for gas deliveries equals RUB 14.5 bn, with the remaining amount falling to fines and penalties. The gas concern reported Factoring-Finance's long-term receivables at RUB 12.9 bn.
