The major criterion for selection of investment targets will be their recognition by specialists of Management Company Finam Management LLC as promising and highly profitable. Close-Ended Mutual Real Estate Fund Finam Capital Investments Type: close-ended Formation period: from February 9, 2006 to May 5, 2006 or earlier when the fund's asset value is equal to Rub 15,000,000 (fifteen million) Purpose: acquisition of real estate facilities for: - subsequent resale;
- renovation and subsequent resale;
- change of the real estate facility's profile and subsequent resale;
- and (or) lease or sublease.
Minimum investment amount: Rub 500,000 ($17,857) Investment targets: fund members' cash is invested in real estate facilities, real estate property rights, property rights for obligations under shared construction agreements, design documentation, as well as in shares, bonds, equity participations, stakes in limited liability companies and securities of foreign countries and international financial institutions. Investor expenses: remuneration payable to the Management Company is not higher than 1.5% of the fund's annual average net asset value. Remuneration paid to other participants of asset management activities does not exceed 0.5% of the fund's annual average net asset value. The maximum amount of other expenses reimbursed at the expense of the assets which make up the fund is equal to 0.5% of the fund's annual average net asset value. The markup for the purchase of investment equity participations is 0%. The discount for sale of investment equity participations is 0%. |
