MRSK: reduction of risks, high potential

The Russian Federal Tariff Service has published "Instructional Guidelines for Tariff Regulation under the RAB Approach" on its website. This is a draft for tariff regulation methodology in accordance with the RAB approach. No serious amendments are to be made to this methodology in the future. Therefore, one of the two major risks of the power generation segment has been eliminated. This should produce a positive impact on stock valuations for companies in this segment.
