MRSK Volga: appealing newcomer

On May 19 RTS opened trade in shares of the newly-formed Inter-Regional Distribution Network Co, or MRSK Volga. This is a second Russian MRSK with a completed asset consolidation program and a listing on Russian stock exchanges. In our view, Russian MRSKs are conspicuously undervalued on the market, and could see their market caps grow the fastest in the Russian power industry. This is specifically true of MRSK Volga.
