Eurochem may soon announce a minority shareholder buyout in two of its subsidiaries, the Novomoskovsk-based Azot and Nevinnomyssk Azot. Investors have an opportunity to profit from the share buyout, which are soon to be delisted, if the buyout price, which is to be set by an independent appraiser, is higher than the current quotations for the shares, which, we believe have a considerable upside potential. This scenario is possible, since Eurochem, in our view, is interested in good relations with investors. The opposite may occur as well, which means the investment is not risk-free.
